How do I sign up for training?
We offer two options to get started:
Drop-In Sessions

Book a single session (solo or group) without a membership. Pay as you go.

Memberships:

Get consistent group training at the best rate. Flexible scheduling. Billed every 2 weeks from your sign-up date. Memberships can be adjusted or canceled anytime for the next billing cycle.
After signing up, you must book your individual training sessions through our website or the Fit by Wix App.
Q
What is "Fit by Wix" and why should I use it?
The Fit by Wix App is a free mobile app that lets you manage your training easily.
With the app, you can:

Book, reschedule, or cancel sessions

View your upcoming schedule

Receive automatic reminders
-
Adjust or cancel your membership
-
Stay updated with announcements

Q
Can I reschedule or cancel a session?
Yes! You can reschedule or cancel sessions through the website or Fit by Wix App — as long as it's at least 12 hours before the session start time.
How:
Log into your Member Area → My Bookings → Select session → Reschedule or Cancel.

Important:
Cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice are considered missed sessions and are not refunded or credited.

What happens if I miss a session?
If you miss a session without proper notice (12+ hours ahead), it is counted as a missed session.

Missed sessions are not refunded or carried forward.

We may offer a credit for exceptional circumstances (serious illness, injury, etc.) at our discretion.

How do I adjust or cancel my membership?
You can adjust, pause, or cancel your membership anytime for the next billing cycle.
Steps:

Log into your Member Area (website or app).

Go to My Subscriptions.

Edit, Pause, or Cancel.
Important:
Changes must be made before your next billing date. No retroactive changes once a billing cycle has started.

What should I bring to training?
Please bring:

Clean indoor athletic shoes

Water bottle

Comfortable athletic clothing

A great attitude ready to train and learn!
Optional: towel, small snack for post-session.

What training app do you use?
We deliver all of our strength and conditioning programs through the TrainHeroic App.
TrainHeroic is a user-friendly training app that makes it easy for athletes to:​

Follow their training sessions step-by-step

Track their performance and progress over time

Stay organized and accountable with their training

When a new athlete signs up, we’ll need their email address to add them to the training group inside TrainHeroic.
