About Our Training
In volleyball, jump height, attack velocity, and resiliency separate good players from game-changers. The ability to elevate above the net, attack with velocity, and stay strong all season is what defines elite athletes.
At CPD Performance, we use evidence-based training methods to develop volleyball athletes into difference-makers.
our programs focus on...
Strength
The stronger you are relative to your body mass, the easier it is to move your body in space. This means jumping higher, hitting harder, and being more resilient.
Movement Capabilities
Developing the capability to tolerate deep ranges under load with control helps get athletes stronger. This builds resiliency in athletes and improves athletic potential.
Plyometric Abilities
Increasing elastic capabilities and how quickly athletes can recruit their musculature is the link that brings jump height and arm-swing to fruition.
Volleyball Technical Feedback
Apply strength and plyometric gains directly to on-court performance.
Skill execution is imperative translate physical
improvements to real life performance.
